Shipping And Delivery

What locations do you ship to?

Currently shipping is only available in the United States. There are plans to open up global shipping soon.

How long does it take an order to arrive after it has been shipped?

Orders will take roughly 3-7 days to arrive.

This does not include the processing time of 2-4 days.

Will I receive tracking on my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my package is lost in the mail?

Every order is sent with tracking and insurance. If for any reason you don't receive your order we will send you a replacement for free.

Return Policy And Damages

The product I received is damaged, what can I do ?

If any product you receive is damaged or missing please send a message through the contact page. We want to make sure that you're satisfied so any missing or damaged product will have a replacement sent immediately.

I don't like the product I ordered, what can I do?

Not a problem! If you order something that you are not pleased with you can request a refund or substitute for what was ordered within 15 days of receiving your order.
